PrestaShop Import Pricing

You can migrate data from PrestaShop to Shopify for free if your PrestaShop store has less than 75 customers/orders/coupons.

There are no hidden fees and we don't charge more than once for imports in the same tier.

Products

All product migrations are free. Every product migration includes free SEO-preserving URL redirects and manual checks for accuracy.

We offer a seamless migration for large stores with expert manual checks and proactive support included.

Note 1 Unless you are on a Shopify Plus subscription, it is important to know that Shopify allows us to migrate only 50,000 product variants to a new store. If your PrestaShop store has more variants, please contact us by email or chat to discuss your options.

Note 2 Shopify currently supports a maximum of 100 variants per product. This will change next year. The maximum number of variable attributes per product is three.

Customers, Orders and Coupons

If your PrestaShop store has less than 75 customers / orders / coupons, you can use PrestaShop Importer free of charge to migrate this data. If you have more customers / orders / coupons in your PrestaShop store, we will charge a one-time fee based on the table below:

You will not be charged separately for customers, orders and/or coupons - you only pay for the highest number. If you have 840 customers, 990 orders and 400 coupons, you will be charged a one-time fee of US$ 12.99 (251 - 1,000).

Additional migrations

Did you accidentally remove your products? Do you need to restart the migration? We don't think you should pay over and over for the same order migration. You only pay for the first migration. All future migrations within the same tier are free of charge.

If for some reason you fall into a higher tier, we will only charge the difference between those tiers.
