You can migrate data from WooCommerce to Shopify for free if your WooCommerce store has less than 50 customers/orders and less than 150 products.

Products

Do you need to migrate more than 150 products? We charge a fixed fee of $19.99 for your product migration.

It is important to know that Shopify allows us to migrate only 50k product variants. If your WooCommerce store is larger than this, please contact us by email or chat to discuss your options.

Customers/Orders

If your WooCommerce store has less than 50 customers/orders, you can use Store Importer free of charge to migrate your orders. If you have more customers/orders in your WooCommerce store, we will charge a one-time fee based on the table below:

ℹ️ You will not be charged separately for customers and orders - you only pay for the highest number. If you have 840 customers and 990 orders, you will be charged a one-time fee of US$ 9.99 (251 - 1000).

Margin

We have a margin of 10%. We have introduced this margin for a few reasons:

  1. If your store has a few items more than the limit, we think the dice should roll in your favour. For example, if you have a 108 items and we remove our margin of 10%, you will be billed for just 51-100 items.

  2. The number of items shown on the migration form, can be slightly less in reality because WooCommerce might include a few orders which can't be migrated. For example, orders which show as 'completed' in WooCommerce but don't have any line items.

Additional migrations

Did you accidentally remove your products? Do you need to restart the migration? We don't think you should pay over and over for the same product migration. You only pay for the first product migration. All product migrations after the first paid product migration are free of charge.

For order migrations we only charge the difference between the original migration and the new migration. Unless there is a significant change in orders, this means that further order migrations are normally free.
